Micky graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with a degree in Accounting. His career began in public accounting for Arthur Andersen in Chicago. His clients include real estate investment trusts (REIT), commodity futures trading companies, mutual fund retailers, hotels, telecom companies and a large university. It was there that he refined his skill for helping clients create and analyze financial statements that the public would ultimately rely on. He also realized that he was very disconnected from the very people he was working to benefit. It was at this point that he decided to begin a career in financial planning. It was with a great deal of due diligence that Micky decided to join Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1996 when many other opportunities were available to him. The combination of Northwestern Mutual's unique position among insurance companies and the importance of risk management as the part of any financial plan attracted him to this company. The changing landscape of the financial services industry over the last decade has only proven to strengthen the conviction of Micky's decision. My first, of course, was to ask my wife to marry me." Micky presently lives in Lisle, IL with his wife, Debbi, and his children, Kyle and Avery.
